SCOPE OF WORK
The Task Managers team is responsible for documentation, user policies, server linking, and network stability. Their tasks are limited to documentation, network policies related to users, channel management, server linking criteria and related process & task management.
Creating, maintaining, and updating network documentation (e.g., user modes manual, channel modes, server linking criteria).
Drafting and refining user/channels and server policies.
Developing criteria and forms for server linking applications and managing the testnet for new servers.
Planning, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and reviewing results for the above tasks.
*NOTE*
Anything beyond this scope (e.g., network marketing, user growth strategies, or technical server management)
will be handled by higher-tier staff.
