Purpose

DarkWorld normally limits simultaneous connections from a single IP address. An I-line or equivalent exemption may be granted to legitimate shared infrastructure that needs additional connections while maintaining effective abuse accountability.

Application information

Conditions

  1. An exemption applies only to the approved infrastructure, purpose and limit.
  2. It does not exempt any user or project from DarkWorld rules or enforcement.
  3. It must not be used to evade throttling, sanctions or network restrictions.
  4. The operator is responsible for responding promptly to abuse reports.
  5. Ownership, address, purpose and material service changes must be reported.
  6. DarkWorld may reduce, suspend, revoke or decline an exemption to protect the network.
  7. Approvals may expire and require periodic review.

Review and enforcement

Requests may be pending, under review, approved, rejected, suspended, revoked or expired. Decisions consider operational need, security controls, history, responsiveness and network risk. Public listings must not disclose approved IP addresses or internal thresholds.

Boundary: I-line approval is a technical connection exemption. It is not a partnership, endorsement, legal verification or permission to advertise.
