Registration information
- Project name, purpose and short description
- Project category and services offered
- Founder or responsible registered IRC account
- Additional authorized contact accounts
- Official channel, website and documentation links
- Support and abuse contact methods
- Relevant rules, terms or privacy information
- Requested identity or network facilities
Verification standards
- The project must have an identifiable and reachable responsible operator.
- Submitted channels, accounts and websites must be controlled by the applicant.
- The project must describe its service honestly and avoid impersonation.
- It must follow DarkWorld IRC policies and respond to abuse reports.
- Material ownership, contact or service changes must be reported.
- Registration may be reviewed, suspended, revoked or archived.
Project record
An approved record may contain a registration code, public description, category, official channel, verified contacts, website, registration date, last review date and current status.
Available states may include PENDING, VERIFIED, ACTIVE, INACTIVE, SUSPENDED, REVOKED and ARCHIVED.
Related approvals
Project registration does not automatically authorize advertising, relays, bridges, additional connections or special network access. Each facility requires its applicable approval.
