Questions about assignments, scores or expectations should normally be raised first with the trainer, examiner or mentor. Many misunderstandings can be corrected promptly.
The trainee portal may provide a response field for module, trainee or probation feedback. Responses should be factual, respectful and focused on the record.
Provide the candidate code, affected decision, date, responsible role, specific concern, relevant evidence and requested review. Private evidence must use an approved restricted channel.
Public accusations, harassment, threats, repeated messaging, alternate accounts, fabricated evidence, disclosure of confidential material or retaliation against reviewers.
Where practical, a person not directly responsible for the disputed decision should review the record. Management may uphold, modify, return, pause or replace the decision.
DarkWorld may suspend access immediately while a serious security or safety concern is reviewed. Temporary containment is not by itself a final finding.
The review outcome and reasoning are recorded. Repeated requests without new grounds may be closed. Network policy enforcement may use a separate appeal process.
