Candidates represent a potential future position of trust. They must behave professionally during training, on IRC, in portals, in private communication and on related DarkWorld systems.
Candidate or trainee status must not be used to threaten users, claim powers not granted, obtain favors, interfere in personal disputes or bypass ordinary rules.
Friendships, disputes, outside networks, commercial interests, project ownership and other staff roles must be disclosed where they could affect impartiality. A conflicted candidate must step back and escalate.
Private reports, internal channels, candidate records, examination material, credentials, access details and management discussions must not be disclosed without authorization.
Candidates must not present personal opinions as official policy, argue confidential cases publicly or make promises outside their authority. Uncertainty should be stated honestly and escalated.
Breaches may lead to guidance, warning, remediation, closer supervision, reduced access, reassignment, suspension, candidacy closure or separate network enforcement.
